Job summary

frēijē Engineered Solutions Company is seeking a Multi Family Plumbing Superintendent to lead plumbing crews on multi-family construction projects in Indianapolis. You will plan daily and weekly work, read and execute drawings and specs, coordinate with general contractors, inspectors, and internal teams, and ensure installations meet codes and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial or multi-family plumbing experience.
• Experience leading crews or acting as foreman or lead plumber.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, drawings, and installation practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong communication and leadership skills. Desire to continuously improve.

• Serve as Freije’s primary field representative on assigned projects and communicate with customers.
