Job summary

frēijē Engineered Solutions Company is seeking a project manager to lead construction projects in the Indianapolis area. You will own project schedules, manage budgets, and ensure deliverables align with plans and contracts.

The role requires foundational PM experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and familiarity with AutoCAD, Vista, and Bluebeam. Join a team focused on growth, collaboration, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• PMP or B.S. Construction Management preferred.
• 3 to 7 years of relevant experience required.
• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience preferred.
• AutoCAD, Vista and Bluebeam experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Financial accountability for construction projects and project deliverables.
• Ordering equipment and/or materials.
• Developing schedules based on estimate.
• Administration of job site records.
• Project close out (O and M, warranty letter, as-builts, etc.).
• Produce or price change orders.
• Ownership of project management systems.
• Ability to read/interpret blueprints.
• Ability to read plans and specs and translate into installation.
• Ability to read and understand legal contracts.
• Direct involvement in the functional project team for the life of the project.
• Stay up-to-date on industry training and software advancements.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

B.S. Construction Management preferred

Mechanical Engineering background preferred
