frēijē Engineered Solutions Company in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Multi Family Plumbing Foreman to lead and supervise plumbing crews on multi-family construction projects, plan daily and weekly activities, and ensure code-compliant installations.

You will read drawings, coordinate with general contractors, troubleshoot issues, mentor journeymen, maintain safety and quality, and maintain accurate reports while upholding freije’s core values.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial or multi-family plumbing experience.
• Experience leading crews or acting as foreman or lead plumber.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, drawings, and installation practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Freije’s primary field representative on assigned projects and communicate with customers.
• Address issues promptly with a solutions-focused mindset while protecting reputation.
