Job summary

frēijē seeks a seasoned Multi Family Plumbing Foreman to lead plumbing crews on multi-family construction projects in Indianapolis. You will plan daily work, read drawings, coordinate with contractors, and ensure safety and quality on site.

You will mentor journeymen and apprentices, promote teamwork, and uphold our core values while communicating with customers and project stakeholders to protect the Freije reputation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial or multi-family plumbing experience.
• Prior experience leading crews or acting as foreman or lead plumber.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, drawings, and installation practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Address issues promptly and professionally with asolutions-focused mindset while protecting Freije’s reputation through quality work and respectful interactions.
