About the Role:

The Plumbing Service Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the proper installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems within residential settings. This position requires a thorough understanding of plumbing principles and the ability to diagnose and resolve a wide range of plumbing issues efficiently and safely. The technician will work directly with homeowners to assess their plumbing needs, provide expert recommendations, and deliver high‑quality service that meets or exceeds customer expectations. Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards are paramount to prevent future issues and ensure system longevity. Ultimately, the role contributes to the comfort, safety, and functionality of residential properties by maintaining reliable plumbing infrastructure.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid plumbing license or certification as required by local or state regulations.
  • Proven experience in general and residential plumbing.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and plumbing codes.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Additional certifications in specialized plumbing systems such as gas lines or water treatment.
  • Experience with modern plumbing technologies and eco‑friendly solutions.
  • Customer service experience in a residential service environment.
  • Familiarity with computerized work order and inventory management systems.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Responsibilities:
