Qualifications

• 2+ years residential plumbing service experience.
• Educate homeowners and present Good/Better/Best options.
• Strong customer service and communication.
• Identify additional service opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Educate homeowners and present Good, Better, Best repair options.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and upgrades.
• Perform repairs per codes and quality standards.
• Complete estimates, invoices, and service documentation via mobile tech.
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and professional appearance.
• Participate in ongoing technical and sales training.
• Meet or exceed performance, customer satisfaction, and sales goals.
