AdvantaServ is seeking a Plumbing Service Technician to join our growing team. You will install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems, diagnose issues, and provide repair or replacement recommendations while communicating clearly with customers at their homes.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and ongoing professional growth, with opportunities for cross-training and continual training in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Apprentice (2+ years) or Journeyman license (or actively pursuing it).
• Hands-on plumbing experience and familiarity with tools of the trade.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and quality.
• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Diagnose issues with water, drain, or gas lines and perform repairs.
• Perform system inspections and provide repair or replacement recommendations.
• Explain findings, options, and solutions to customers in their home.
• Document work performed, materials used, and recommendations in ServiceTitan.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with other trades and communicate clearly with customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Work on a variety of tasks including drain cleaning, service calls, and new installations.
