Job summary

Hiller Heating and AC is seeking a skilled plumber to diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues, install plumbing systems and water heaters, and perform routine maintenance. You will explain costs to customers, keep a tidy service vehicle, and follow local codes. GED or HS diploma, valid driver’s license, and strong problem-solving are required.

Qualifications

• A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• A valid driver's license, and approved to drive by Company's insurance carrier.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Proven experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and correcting diverse plumbing service issues.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues to include leaks, clogs, water heaters, fixtures and drainage systems.
• Perform installations of plumbing systems, fixtures, appliances, and water heaters according to local codes and company standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and system inspections to identify potential problems and recommend solutions.
• Provide clear explanations and cost estimates to customers before beginning work.
• Maintain a clean, organized and fully stocked service vehicle.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
