JD Precision Plumbing & Air in Conroe, TX is seeking an experienced Residential Service Plumber to join our growing team. You will diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues, explain options clearly to homeowners, and complete work correctly the first time.

We provide a stocked truck, a dispatcher to keep your day organized, ServiceTitan on your tablet, and opportunities to advance to lead plumber or management as we expand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience
• Active Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners license (Journeyman, Tradesman Plumber-Limited, or Master)
• Professional, customer-first communication
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems: water heaters, drains and sewer lines, water lines, fixtures, gas lines, and repipes
• Perform service, repair, and replacement work with quality and code compliance
• Present clear, honest options to homeowners and stand behind your recommendations
• Complete accurate job documentation and invoicing in ServiceTitan
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and safe truck
• Participate in an on-call rotation

Residential Service Plumber

JD Precision Plumbing & Air is hiring an experienced, licensed Residential Service Plumber to join our team in Conroe. We're growing fast and need a plumber who can step in, run calls independently, and deliver the kind of service that earns repeat customers and 5-star reviews. You'll diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues, explain options clearly to homeowners, and complete work the right way the first time.

Compensation is hourly plus performance incentives on the work you sell and complete, with medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401(k). This is a stable, year-round position with real room to grow into lead plumber or management as we expand.
