Job summary

Service Experts in Goshen, KY is seeking an experienced Journeyman plumber supervisor to support skilled plumbers, train crews, ensure safety, and perform service, maintenance, and installation work as needed.

You will lead field staff, uphold company standards, and collaborate with management while maintaining excellent customer service and on-time project delivery. This role offers top pay, strong benefits, and paths for advancement through our Training Academy.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; 4+ years plumbing experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
EPA and safety certifications as required by local regulations.
Knowledge of national/local plumbing codes and safety practices.

Responsibilities

Assist Journeyman plumbers with major, unusual, or difficult assignments.
Train Journeyman plumbers on skills, processes, and safety.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are properly stocked and maintained.
Represent the company professionally in all business matters and activities.
Perform service, maintenance, and installation work as needed to meet customer needs.
