Job summary

Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning in Austin is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Manager to lead a high-performing residential plumbing team and drive weekend operations. You will mentor plumbers, coach performance, and ensure our customers receive consistent 5-star service.

You will spend time coaching, coordinating with Dispatch, and upholding Radiant brand standards while promoting safety and teamwork. This is a hands-on leadership role in a growing company.

Qualifications

• Experience leading plumbing technicians and coaching performance.
• Ability to coach results and be visible with the team.
• Comfortable coordinating with Dispatch and managing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and coach plumbing technicians with 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Involve in team-building activities and ride-alongs.
• Track performance and provide individualized coaching.
• Collaborate with Dispatch to assign the right plumber.
• Review schedules and scorecards weekly with Dispatch Manager.
• Ensure quality workmanship and safety across the team.
• Oversee customer issue resolution and site visits.
