Job summary

EMCOR Services Mesa Energy is seeking a senior Plumbing Service Manager to build and scale a commercial plumbing service division within a well-established mechanical service organization. This role combines hands-on plumbing expertise, people leadership, and business development acumen to drive profitable growth through service, repair, and maintenance work.

The Manager will establish processes, recruit and lead technicians, ensure safety compliance, and manage job costing and margins while

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive experience in commercial plumbing service, including leadership roles.
15+ years of hands-on technical plumbing experience in commercial/industrial environments.
Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred.
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership for all plumbing service activities, including service calls, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
Oversee dispatching and scheduling to ensure efficiency and labor optimization.
Ensure monthly and contractual PM inspections are completed on schedule.
Provide advanced technical support to field technicians.
Recruit, hire, and onboard plumbing technicians as the division grows.
Track and report service metrics including backlog and profitability.
