Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficient with mobile devices and basic computer applications.
• Plumbing license appropriate to role (Journeyman or higher preferred).
• Valid, clean driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and coach plumbing technicians with 1:1s and reviews.
• Collaborate with Dispatch to assign the right plumber to each job.
• Track performance and provide individualized coaching and feedback.
• Oversee safety meetings and enforce safe work practices.
• Drive service and sales performance through ride-alongs and site visits.
