Job summary

Mr. Rooter Plumbing in McAllen seeks a skilled plumber to perform service, repair, installation, and maintenance for residential and commercial customers.

You will assess customer requests, provide estimates, and work with a team to ensure safe, high-quality work while upholding the company's values. A current plumbing license and the ability to operate tablet-based tech are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current plumbing license required and up-to-date.
• Apprentice, tradesman or journeyman license preferred.
• Ability to navigate tablet-based technology while on site.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair existing equipment.
• Determine condition of plumbing equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and determine needed repairs.
• Identify materials and quantities needed for new and repair projects.
• Evaluate customer requests, provide estimates, and price projects.
• Follow established service system processes and procedures.
• Operate with safety as a primary concern for self and customer.

Desired Experience
