F.H. Furr is seeking a Residential Plumbing Service Manager in Rockville, MD to lead a team of plumbing technicians and drive revenue growth across our Maryland operations.

You will oversee service delivery, optimize routes and processes, mentor technicians, and collaborate with sales to expand client relationships while maintaining high customer satisfaction and safety standards.

• Leadership Excellence: Oversee and lead a team of Plumbing technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Revenue Performance: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth in the Plumbing division. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and optimize existing customer relationships.
• Operational Optimization: Collaborate with other departments to optimize operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Streamline processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members. Stay ahead of industry trends, advancements, and best practices to ensure the team delivers innovative Plumbing services.
