Job summary

Jake’s Heating, Air & Plumbing is seeking a strong Residential Service Plumbing Manager to lead our service team and elevate the department to the next level.

You will coach and develop service plumbers, set goals, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with dispatch and leadership to keep operations running smoothly while delivering excellent customer experiences and growing our residential plumbing capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong residential service plumbing experience.
• Previous leadership or management experience.
• Strong technical plumbing knowledge.
• A leader who can coach, motivate, and hold people accountable.
• Comfortable managing goals, KPIs, and department performance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Jake’s Heating, Air & Plumbing is growing, and we’re looking for a strong Residential Service Plumbing Manager to lead our service team and help take the department to the next level.

We’re a 100% residential home service company with around 54 employees. We’re looking for someone who knows plumbing, knows how to lead people, and isn’t afraid to jump in when the team needs support.

What You’ll Do
