Cool Care Heating, Air, Plumbing and Refrigeration in Columbia, SC is seeking a Plumbing Service Manager to lead the plumbing service department and drive profitability and growth. The role focuses on managing service operations, dispatch efficiency, customer relations, and coordination with other managers.

Qualifications include 3+ years in HVAC/plumbing management, strong customer service and communication skills, and a high school diploma with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years management experience in HVAC and/or plumbing or combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years' experience in both resident and commercial plumbing desired.
• Advanced customer service experience.
• Advanced communication skills.
• Experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Organized with excellent follow up skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Managing the service operation of the plumbing department.
• Overseeing the daily dispatching and efficiencies of the plumbers.
• Customer relations.
• Reviewing all billing and warranty claims.
• Communication with other managers in respect to their warranty and installation needs.
• Responsible for making sure all plumbers are properly trained.
• Oversee all aspects of the plumbing service department and ensure its continued profitability and growth.

We are currently looking for a Plumbing Service Manager to join our team! This position is responsible for the management and organization of the service plumbing department.

Position: Plumbing Service Manager

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Work Hours: Monday Through Friday | 7:00AM - 5:00PM | Overtime as Needed
