Plumbing Service Coordinator (Remote – Full Time, Northern Colorado-Based)
$55,000–$70,000/year | Hourly + Weekly Commission | Equipment Provided
We are seeking a self-motivated, highly organized Plumbing Service Coordinator to join our team! While our company is based in Kansas, this remote position is only open to candidates located in the northern Front Range area of Colorado, as local in-person training is required before fully transitioning to work-from-home.

What We Offer
• $55,000–$70,000 per year (hourly + commission, paid weekly)
• Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM)
• Occasional on-call rotation and limited overtime
• Remote work — company provides computer, phone, and equipment (applicant must provide reliable internet)
• In-person training (up to 30 days) in northern Colorado before remote work begins
• Paid holidays
• Paid time off after 1 year of service
• Medical, dental, and vision after 90 days (75% employer-paid for employee; family coverage available at additional cost)

• Answer inbound client calls and deliver outstanding customer service
• Schedule service appointments and update customer records
• Coordinate and dispatch plumbing technicians efficiently
• Track job progress and ensure timely completion
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams

What We’re Looking For
• Strong customer service and phone communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Self-motivated and able to stay focused while working remotely
• Comfortable using computers, scheduling, and dispatch software (we provide training)
• Prior experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service is a plus, but we are happy to train the right motivated candidate
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced service environment
