Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • At least 2 years customer service or call center experience
  • At least 1 year experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 3 years customer service or call center experience
  • At least 6 months experience in the financial industry

Work from Home Technology Requirements

  • Secure home office free from background noise and distractions
  • Reliable private internet connection (not cellular hotspot), with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps download (10+ Mbps preferred)
  • Both hardwired and WiFi connections acceptable if speed and security are met

Capital One reserves the right to request proof of internet service and may modify requirements with 60 days' notice. Internet issues may require upgrading your service.

Work from Home Location Requirements

Candidates must live within 100 miles of the specified locations and report in person when required with 24 hours' notice. We cannot consider applicants living outside these areas or in California.
