Qualifications

• 2+ years of service technician experience (plumbing).
• Strong technical and closing abilities.
• Ability to install or coordinate installations.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Passion for earning BIG and delivering a premium customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Run service calls, diagnose issues, and perform repairs.
• Identify opportunities to replace equipment (plumbing systems, water heaters, HVAC systems, repipes, etc.).
• Sell full system replacements and installations directly to the customer.
• Perform the installations personally or coordinate with install teams.
• Deliver an unforgettable customer experience at every step.
