You will diagnose plumbing issues, present repair or replacement options, and perform installations and repairs across water heaters, fixtures, and piping systems while maintaining professional communication with homeowners.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred; related experience or training may substitute.
• 3-5 years of residential service plumbing experience (not just new construction or commercial).
• Strong communication skills; comfortable talking to homeowners.
• Confidence presenting options (not high-pressure).
• Ability to follow systems, processes, and checklists; training provided.
• Ability to lift equipment and work in tight spaces.
• Customer-first mindset and team-player attitude.
• Valid driver s license and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing issues quickly and thoroughly.
• Explain features and benefits of each solution and obtain agreement for services before performing work.
• Provide clear communication with homeowners.
• Install and repair water heaters, faucets, toilets, tubs, sinks, and piping systems.
• Maintain clean, code-compliant workmanship.
• Use field management software to build estimates and document work.
