Jumping Jack Plumbing in Victorville, CA is seeking a full-time Plumbing Sales Professional – High-Ticket Closer to join our growing team. This role focuses on selling premium residential plumbing solutions and building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Sales experience and a strong desire to earn at a high level
• Comfortable using a phone, tablet, CRM, and estimating software
• Knowledge of repipes, sewer repairs, hydro jetting, water heaters, tankless water heaters, reroutes, drain work, pressure regulators, water treatment, and other plumbing repairs and installations
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish abilities are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners during scheduled residential plumbing appointments and identify the best solutions for their needs.
• Assess situations, develop solution-based recommendations, and explain the value behind proposed work.
• Confidently present options that solve real problems and actively engage with customers.
• Follow up on open proposals, handle concerns, and work toward earning a clear yes or no.
• Build long-lasting customer relationships and contribute to the company’s growth.
