Qualifications

• 3+ years of plumbing sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing, sewer, and drain systems.
• Proven ability to build rapport and close sales.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical information to homeowners clearly.
• Experience discussing financing options with customers (preferred).
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residential plumbing, sewer, and drain systems and identify repair or replacement opportunities.
• Develop and present detailed repair estimates and solutions to homeowners.
• Execute the sales process from initial consultation through project approval.
• Create job proposals that align with company pricing and profitability goals.
• Educate customers on repair options, system recommendations, and financing programs.
• Prepare thorough scopes of work and documentation for handoff to installation teams.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle and after completion.
• Participate in ongoing sales and product training.
