YES! AIR CONDITIONING HEATING PLUMBING ELECTRIC in Columbus, OH is hiring a residential service specialist who blends plumbing expertise with sales. The role focuses on meeting homeowners, inspecting with camera equipment, and presenting repair quotes.

You will work with a dominant leads flow, enjoy uncapped commissions, and receive a take-home vehicle, insurance after 31 days, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Residential plumbing experience required.
• In-home sales experience preferred.
• Familiar with camera inspection equipment.
• Able to explain and sell large-scale repair work.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed.
• Strong communication and customer presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Meet with homeowners who have plumbing or drainage issues and assess needs.
• Use camera system to inspect underground or in-wall plumbing and identify root causes.
• Present quotes for repair or full line replacement, including excavation if necessary.

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners who are experiencing plumbing, water or drainage issues. Use a camera system to inspect underground or in-wall plumbing, identify root causes, and present quotes for repair or full line replacement—including excavation if necessary. This is a consultative role that combines technical knowledge with sales execution.
