Job summary
Fusion Plumbing and Air in Tucson, AZ is hiring a full-time In-Home Sales Representative to grow our client base and close service deals. You’ll contact customers about HVAC or plumbing needs, present quotes, and deliver professional contracts, with a night/weekend rotation.
We offer base plus commission with uncapped earning potential, a company vehicle, gas card, phone, iPad, uniforms, a full benefits package, paid vacation, and opportunities for training and development.
Qualifications
- Sales experience in plumbing/HVAC/electrical trades.
- Proven ability to meet goals and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities
- Contact customers about HVAC or plumbing needs and promote services.
- Take notes of recommended services and provide accurate cost quotes.
- Write up and present detailed contracts and proposals.
- Assist in other areas as needed and participate in night/weekend schedule rotation.
