ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a Plumbing Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will work with provided leads, close them in-home, and drive your earnings with an uncapped commission structure.

Typical reps earn $90k–$110k, with top performers exceeding $200k, reflecting strong closing skills and a performance-driven culture. As part of American Residential Services, you’ll travel to customer homes, present plumbing options, and manage relationships to secure repeat business.

Qualifications

• Experience in Outside Sales in a residential in-home environment.
• Proven ability to close sales in a one-call-close setting.
• Comfort selling home services and communicating options to customers.

Responsibilities
