Job summary

Pride Plumbing is seeking an experienced Sales Estimator to join our team in North Carolina. You will meet with customers, evaluate plumbing projects, and prepare accurate estimates while presenting solutions that meet client needs.

Responsibilities include following up on estimates, coordinating with operations, and delivering outstanding service to drive growth. Plumbing knowledge and ServiceTitan experience are a plus; valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of plumbing estimating or plumbing sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to read project information and prepare detailed estimates.
• Proficient with computers and estimating software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
