Job summary

Mr. Plumber Indiana is seeking a Plumbing Projects Lead Installer to professionally install and repair residential plumbing systems, leading projects with a focus on top-tier client experiences.

The role requires a journeyman license and hands-on installation experience; ServiceTitan experience is a plus. You will communicate clearly, manage logistics, and uphold safety while delivering quality workmanship across jobsites.

Qualifications

• Journeyman's plumbing license required.
• Prior plumbing and installation experience required.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various physical conditions.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record to drive company vehicle.
• ServiceTitan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair water, drainage, and gas systems in residential homes.
• Install pipes, fixtures, and fittings, ensuring leak-free and secure connections.
• Measure and cut pipes to the correct size and shape for installation.
• Test systems to ensure proper functionality and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas; follow safety procedures at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Work in a safety-conscious environment.
• Complete paperwork using tablets and company software.

Plumbing Projects Lead Installer

The Plumbing Install Technician is responsible for install plumbing systems in the most efficient manner with the highest quality client experiences. The Plumbing Install Technician works diligently to keep the project running smoothly with a positive attitude and desire to exceed client expectations.
