Job summary

Jarboe’s Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is hiring a Plumbing Projects Lead Installer in Kentucky. You will install and repair residential water, drainage, and gas systems, measure and cut pipes, and ensure leak-free, code-compliant work while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements include a Kentucky Journeyman Plumbing License, 2+ years of plumbing installation experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills. ServiceTitan experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Kentucky Journeyman Plumbing License.
• 2+ years of plumbing installation experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Solid knowledge of residential plumbing systems and repair skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• ServiceTitan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair water, drainage, and gas systems in residential homes.
• Install pipes, fixtures, and fittings, ensuring leak-free and secure connections.
• Measure and cut pipes to correct sizes for installation.
• Test systems for proper function and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow safety procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client questions.
• Complete paperwork with tablets and company systems.

Plumbing Projects Lead Installer

The Plumbing Install Technician is responsible for install plumbing systems in the most efficient manner with the highest quality client experiences. The Plumbing Install Technician works diligently to keep the project running smoothly with a positive attitude and desire to exceed client expectations.

What Will I Do?

• Complete paperwork easily with our tablets and operating systems.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• Kentucky Journeyman Plumbing License Required
• 2+ years experience in plumbing, installation experience highly preferred
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record to operate a company vehicle
• Solid knowledge of residential plumbing systems and repair skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• ServiceTitan experience preferred
