Qualifications

• Minimum three years field experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Journeymen Plumbing Licenses.

Responsibilities

• Complete plumbing installations, invoices, and work orders; collect from clients.
• Communicate with Service Technician, Sales, and Dig/Drain teams as needed.
• Promote and maintain high quality craftsmanship.
• Complete required warranty information.
• Assist in coaching and training apprentice trainees.
• Promote service agreements and other products to clients.
• Build trusting relationships with clients through communication and competence.
• Look for and report potential job leads to Sales.
• Maintain communication with internal teams.
• Keep company truck clean, inside and out.
• Complete required paperwork.
• Seek development opportunities through training and coaching.

THE BIG TASK

The Plumbing Lead Installer is responsible for repairing plumbing systems in the most efficient manner with highest quality client experiences. Responsibilities

What Will I do?

• Complete plumbing installations, corresponding invoices and work orders properly and completely and collect (COD) from clients.
• Clearly, effectively and timely communicate with Service Technician, Sales team member, Dig and Drain Department when needed.
• Promote and maintain high quality craftsmanship
• Complete required warranty information.
• Assist in coaching and training apprentice trainees.
• Promote the sale of other products, service, or work with each client including service agreements.
• Build a trusting relationship with each client through good communication skills and above average competence.
• Look for and turn in possible job leads to the Sales Department.
• Maintain communication with internal teams.
• Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
• Properly complete required paperwork.
• Embrace and proactively seek out development opportunities through continued training (specifically weekly training meetings and special classes or seminars) and one-on-one coaching

Qualifications

Do I have What it Takes?

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Minimum three years field experience.
• Available to arrive early and/or stay late when workload requires.
• Journeymen Plumbing Licenses
