Job summary

You will assess customer requirements, prepare proposals, and collaborate with operations to deliver cost-efficient, long-term system enhancements that reduce total owning costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum education as stated: associate degree in construction sciences, HVAC, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and sales skills.
• Ability to translate customer needs into proposals and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Turn plumbing system needs into real solutions for customers.
• Survey and interpret drawings to determine repair, modification or replacement requirements.
• Develop proposals and design-build solutions for current or prospective customers.
• Present or respond to proposals and document changes for operations.
• Qualify prospects and maintain an active backlog of quotes to meet booking goals.
