This position blends technical understanding with sales, helping clients make informed decisions about repair, replacement, and system improvements. You’re not just selling a job. Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers, estimating work, building proposals, and managing opportunities from first conversation through close.
• Assess plumbing systems, identify issues, recommend solutions, and build trust with customers.
• Review drawings, develop estimates, create proposals, and align scope with real conditions.
• Manage a pipeline of quotes, follow up on leads, and maintain momentum to close work.
• Coordinate with internal teams, stay organized, track activity, and support smooth handoffs.
• Develop design‑build solutions that balance cost, performance, and long‑term value.
• Hands‑on role where technical knowledge and people skills both matter.
• Work in real facilities, solve real problems, and help customers make confident decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience with plumbing or mechanical systems, understanding of how systems operate.
