Job summary

Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC is seeking a Plumbing Project Manager to oversee large plumbing and piping projects in California. You will build strong client relationships with general contractors and owners, coordinating with foremen, detailers, estimators, and purchasers to ensure projects are delivered on time and under budget.

Candidates should have 2+ years of plumbing project management experience and be familiar with MS Project, MS Excel, and BlueBeam.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Plumbing Project Management experience.
• Knowledge of MS Project, MS Excel, BlueBeam preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage large Plumbing and Piping Projects.
• Build and strengthen relationships with our clients (GCs and Owners).
• Work with Foreman, Detailers, Estimators and Purchasors to ensure on-time and under-budget delivery on projects.

Responsibilities for Plumbing Project Manager:

• Manage large Plumbing and Piping Projects

• Work with Foreman, Detailers, Estimators and Purchasors to ensure on-time and under-budget delivery on projects

Requirements for Plumbing Project Manager:

• 2 + years of Project Management (Plumbing Project Manager) experience
• Knowlege of MS Project, MS Excel, BlueBeam preferred
