Job summary

Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC seeks a Plumbing Project Manager in California to lead large plumbing and piping projects and build strong client relationships with GCs and Owners.

You will collaborate with Foremen, Detailers, Estimators and Purchasers to keep projects on time and under budget, leveraging MS Project, MS Excel and BlueBeam.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Project Management experience in Plumbing projects.
• Knowledge of MS Project, MS Excel and BlueBeam preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage large Plumbing and Piping Projects.
• Build and strengthen relationships with clients (GCs and Owners).
• Coordinate with Foreman, Detailers, Estimators and Purchasers to ensure on-time, under-budget delivery.

Responsibilities for Plumbing Project Manager:

• Manage large Plumbing and Piping Projects
• Build and strengthen relationships with our clients (both GC's and Owners)
• Work with Foreman, Detailers, Estimators and Purchasors to ensure on-time and under-budget delivery on projects

Requirements for Plumbing Project Manager:

• 2 + years of Project Management (Plumbing Project Manager) experience
• Knowlege of MS Project, MS Excel, BlueBeam preferred
