Job summary

Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC in California seeks a Plumbing Project Manager to lead large plumbing and piping projects, build strong client relationships, and drive projects to on-time, under-budget completion. You will collaborate with Foreman, Detailers, Estimators and Purchasors to ensure alignment across teams and effective delivery on complex mechanical projects in the region.

The ideal candidate has hands-on PM experience in plumbing, applies knowledge of scheduling and budgeting

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Project Management (Plumbing Project Manager) experience.
• Knowledge of MS Project, MS Excel, BlueBeam preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage large Plumbing and Piping Projects.
• Build and strengthen relationships with our clients (both GC's and Owners).

Responsibilities for Plumbing Project Manager:

• Work with Foreman, Detailers, Estimators and Purchasors to ensure on-time and under-budget delivery on projects

Requirements for Plumbing Project Manager:
