Cam-Ful Industries is seeking a working Commercial Plumbing Foreman with strong hands-on plumbing experience and proven field leadership. This position will plan daily work, direct plumbers and helpers, coordinate materials and equipment, read plans and specifications, communicate with project leadership, and ensure the crew completes installations safely and correctly.
The successful candidate must be able to lead from the front, solve field problems, maintain production, and hold the crew accountable for safety and workmanship. This is a field position supporting commercial and industrial projects.

Responsibilities
- Lead and work alongside commercial plumbing crews on active construction projects.
- Plan daily and weekly work based on project schedules, drawings, specifications, manpower, and material availability.
- Assign work, explain expectations, monitor production, and verify completed installations.
- Read and interpret plumbing drawings, specifications, coordination drawings, details, and approved submittals.
- Lay out and oversee domestic water, sanitary waste and vent, storm drainage, natural gas, and related plumbing systems.
- Coordinate work with project managers, superintendents, other trades, inspectors, and general-contractor representatives.
- Prepare material lists, track deliveries, protect materials, and notify management of shortages or schedule concerns.
- Identify field conflicts and communicate RFIs, changes, and installation concerns before work is affected.
- Enforce company safety policies, jobsite requirements, housekeeping standards, and proper tool use.
- Train and mentor plumbers, apprentices, and helpers while maintaining crew accountability.
- Track labor, production, and daily progress and provide accurate field reports.
- Support testing, inspections, punch-list work, and project closeout.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on commercial plumbing experience.
- At least 2 years of experience leading plumbing crews as a foreman, lead plumber, or equivalent field leader.
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing materials, systems, tools, installation methods, and jobsite operations.
- Ability to independently read plumbing plans, specifications, details, and coordination drawings.
- Experience laying out and installing domestic water, sanitary waste and vent, storm drainage, and related commercial plumbing systems.
- Ability to plan work, direct employees, track production, and maintain quality and safety standards.
- Ability to perform the physical duties of a commercial construction field position.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience on large commercial, institutional, healthcare, education, industrial, or government projects.
- Working knowledge of plumbing codes, testing procedures, and inspection requirements.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
- Backflow, medical gas, or other relevant trade certifications.
