Job summary

Advatix, Inc. in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Plumbing Project Manager to lead commercial plumbing and fire protection projects from planning through closeout.

You will develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans while coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a relevant degree and up to 10 years of PM experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with Procore and Excel, plus a solid understanding of OSHA safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering/PM or related field preferred.
• Up to 10 years of commercial plumbing and fire protection project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and change order management.
• Experience using Procore and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
