Key Responsibilities
Manage commercial plumbing projects from planning through project closeout.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Oversee project financials, including forecasting, billing, and change order management.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Supervise field operations to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
Lead project teams and maintain strong client relationships.
Prepare project reports and ensure compliance with building codes and OSHA standards.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
5–10 years of commercial plumbing and fire protection project management experience.
Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and change order management.
Experience using Procore and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
