Job summary

Advatix Inc. in Brooklyn, NY seeks a Plumbing Project Manager to lead commercial plumbing and fire protection projects from planning through closeout.

You will develop schedules and budgets, manage change orders and subcontractor coordination, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and hands-on project management experience in plumbing systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 5–10 years of commercial plumbing and fire protection project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and change order management.
• Experience using Procore and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
