Job summary

Hooper-Corporation is seeking a Plumbing Project Coordinator to assist project managers by planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating the preparations and executions of plumbing projects in Wisconsin. You will help meet cost, quality, equipment utilization, and safety objectives.

The role requires 2-year technical education in engineering/construction and 1–3 years of related experience, with strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year technical education in engineering field, construction management coursework, or apprenticeship completion.
• 1-3 years of experience in related construction projects preferred.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication.
• Comfortable leading teams on company projects.
• Comfortable tracking a wide range of project budgets.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project estimates, procure materials, create shop drawings, issue subcontracts, and attend meetings.
• Plan and coordinate manpower, equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Help establish objectives, costs, timelines, budgets, policies, and safety standards and monitor adherence.
• Monitor and safeguard equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Manage administrative aspects of contracts with staff and designers.
• Assist in project closeout and client satisfaction; archive project information.
• Perform additional assignments as requested by management.
