Job summary

Hooper is seeking a Plumbing Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring cost, quality, equipment utilization, and safety goals are met. You will work with clients, architects, and field teams to deliver multi-discipline projects on time and within budget.

The role requires a 4-year degree in engineering or construction management (or apprenticeship completion) and 3–5 years of related experience, with strong communication and leadership skills across teams.

Qualifications

• Analytical and problem solving, strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
• Comfortable leading teams and supervising field crews.
• Experience tracking project budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Actively pursues and acquires new business while managing client relationships.
• Prepares estimates, budgets, schedules, and assists in contract negotiations.
• Coordinates with architects/engineers to resolve design issues and approves shop drawings.
• Manages administrative aspects of contracts and project closeout activities.
