Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret computerized data and use Excel/Word.
• Knowledge of plumbing fittings and parts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages receiving and check-in of materials, tools and supplies.
• Maintains warehouse records and back-orders; coordinates with Purchasing, Foremen, PMs, and Superintendent.
• Organizes materials by fabrication build or project and assists fabrication foreman.
• Maintains shipping records and stock of consumables; schedules deliveries and pickups.
• Operates and maintains shop equipment readiness; supports special tasks as needed.
• Backups with shop driver for deliveries and yard storage coordination.
