Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• Strong organizational skills and proactive approach to improve efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel and Word).
• Ability to interpret computerized data and maintain records.
• Knowledge of plumbing fittings and parts a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages receiving and check-in of materials, tools and supplies.
• Maintains warehouse tracking of back-orders and communicates with Purchasing and project leads.
• Organizes raw material by fabrication build or project.
• Assists Foreman and Purchasing with material availability and verification.
• Maintains shipping records and stock of consumables.
• Delivers or coordinates shop deliveries and pickups.
• Operates and maintains shop equipment and tools for readiness.
