ColonialWebb Contractors Company is hiring an experienced commercial Plumber and Pipefitter Foreman to lead field teams on hospitals, data centers, and government projects in Virginia. You will direct day-to-day work, ensure safety, and manage quality and budget adherence.

As a Foreman, you will read drawings and specs, coordinate crews, and enforce best practices while delivering on-site solutions. A Journeyman/Master license is preferred; OSHA 10 and Microsoft Office proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum leadership experience as a Foreman on commercial plumbing projects.
• Master’s or Journeyman Plumbing License preferred.
• Knowledge of International Plumbing Code and International Mechanical Code.
• Ability to read drawings, submittals, and project documents.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• OSHA 10-hour certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and internet usage.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side with mechanics and helpers, provide guidance and demonstrate best practices to ensure job quality and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and coordinate work activities for mechanics and helpers.
• Demonstrate a passion for safety and coach the team to prevent injuries.
• Inspect work in process and completed work to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders as needed for supervision area.
• Study schedules and estimate worker-hour requirements for completion of job.
• Establish and adjust work sequences to meet construction schedules.
• Install equipment, plumbing and piping made of various materials.
