Job summary

ColonialWebb is seeking a Pipefitter Foreman to supervise day-to-day tasks on our projects, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery within budget. You will collaborate with the Assistant Superintendent and Lead Superintendent, read blueprints and isometrics, manage manpower and tools, and oversee inventory on a busy job site to keep schedules on track.

Qualifications

• Proven pipefitting experience in commercial/industrial work.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and direct a small crew.
• Strong ability to read blueprints, isometrics, and specs.
• Working knowledge of piping systems and basic welding processes.
• OSHA 10 required (OSHA 30 preferred).
• Strong communication, reliability, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day tasks of teammates; maintain the quality of work of teammates
• Monitor and control manpower and tools to ensure efficient and effective use of resources; establish and adjust work sequences to meet construction schedules, using knowledge and capacities of equipment and assigned personnel
• Provide oversight of all inventory activities on a specific job site
• Inspect work in process and completed work to ensure conformance to specifications
• Ensure that all services are performed in accordance with company policies

Our projects team is looking for a Pipefitter Foreman to join our group! You will work closely with the Assistant Superintendent and Lead Superintendent to ensure delivery of successful projects to owners, in the safest manner possible, on time and on budget with the desired level of quality.
