Plumbing Mechanic

Job Description

Direct the installation of plumbing and related systems, equipment, and fixtures. Plan, layout, participate in, and supervise plumbing work on job sites and in the shop. The role involves working independently, with oversight provided on larger construction and modification projects. Maintenance and repair assignments are received via Teams Construction software, written job requests, or emergency calls. Work is reviewed by equipment users and observed for compliance with specifications and building codes. Supervision is under general direction from leads on site.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with cast iron is highly advantageous.
• Ability to lay out and run storm or sanitary lines with helpers.
• Experience working with water and temporary water lines.
• Skill in laying out and marking.

Pay and Benefits
