The role assists with leadership of maintenance and repair services for the Plumbing Unit, supervises staff and contractors, and coordinates with Dispatch to manage work orders and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Accredited High School diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installation techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints and written reference material.

Responsibilities

• Inspect facilities and plumbing equipment and initiate repairs.
• Coordinate and assign work to plumbing personnel; oversee project completion.
• Coordinate with Dispatch to monitor, prioritize, and adjust scheduling of work orders.
• Monitor contract work and inspect completed repairs on site.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and inventory of equipment.
