RLP Mechanical Inc. is seeking a Lead Journeyman Plumber – New Construction Foreman for the DFW area. The position offers a pay rate of $38–$42/hr, weekly pay, performance bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of commercial plumbing experience, with 2–4 years in a Lead / Foreman role.
• Valid Texas Journeyman Plumbing License (Texas Med Gas Endorsement preferred).
• Strong leadership skills with team management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of apprentices on projects.
• Coordinate installations to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Respond to emergency plumbing service calls as needed.
