Natchez Heating & Cooling is seeking a motivated plumbing install team member in Natchez, MS. This full-time role offers hands-on training alongside experienced plumbers, with opportunities to work on residential and light commercial projects.

You will assist with parts, tools, and installation at job sites, prep work, trenching, pipe fitting, and basic repairs. A strong work ethic and interest in becoming a licensed plumber are essential, along with good communication and physical endurance.

Formación

• Hard-working and willing to learn.
• Experience with plumbing preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Interested in becoming a plumber.
• Mechanically inclined.

Responsabilidades

• Work side-by-side the BEST plumbers in the industry!
• Receive hands-on-training in residential and light commercial plumbing
• Assist with parts, tools, delivery, installation at job site
• Help prepare work areas by cleaning and organizing tools and materials
• Dig trenches and holes for laying pipes and fittings.
• Assist in cutting, bending, threading, and joining pipes.
• Assist in repairing plumbing problems.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools, requiring the ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Assist with plumbing according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
