Job summary

Southern Air NOLA in New Orleans, LA is seeking a motivated Service Plumber to diagnose and repair residential plumbing and drainage issues, with commission-based pay and uncapped earning potential.

The role requires a plumbing license, apprenticeship, or degree, plus strong customer service skills and the ability to perform inspections, repairs, and educate customers. We offer growth opportunities in a family-owned environment with full benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years plumbing experience preferred.
• Plumbing degree, license, or apprenticeship required.
• Current plumbing certification as required by state.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment and fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose residential and small commercial plumbing and drain issues.
• Execute effective troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes of plumbing issues.
• Perform timely and accurate repairs to resolve plumbing and drain issues.
• Provide comprehensive plumbing services for residential customers.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Interact professionally and honestly with customers to help them understand plumbing concerns and solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of services, including documenting pictures of before and after services.
• Educate customers on best practices for their plumbing systems.
• Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures.
• Attend appropriate safety training as required by the company.

Pay Rate

$60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
