Pay Range

• $50,000 - $100,000.01/year
• Potential Sign-On Bonus: Up to $2,500

Responsibilities

• Install plumbing systems in residential and light commercial settings
• Lead and oversee crews of 2-10 plumbers
• Maintain a valid plumbing license and ensure compliance with codes
• Attend weekly meetings and coordinate with project supervisors
• Ensure work meets engineering specs and building codes
• Keep detailed logs of work, materials, and recommendations
• Work independently to deliver quality results
• Mentor and train apprentices

Requirements

• Valid Journeyman or Master Plumbing License in MI
• At least 3 years of lead plumber experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs., climbing ladders, and working in tight spaces
• Proficient with power and hand tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Authorized to work in the US
